These terms cover your use of stratum.fyi (the “site”). The site is run by Stratum Studio LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“Stratum,” “we” or “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Stratum Studio LLC builds and runs AI sales and marketing systems for growing companies. It owns and operates this site.
2. What this site is for
The site explains what we build and how to get in touch. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract. Any work we do for you is agreed with you separately, in writing, and those terms (scope, price, payment and anything else) are set with each client. Booking a call or emailing us does not create an agreement on either side.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. Please don't:
- Try to get into parts of the site or our systems that aren't public.
- Probe, scan or test the site's security, or get around it.
- Use the site to send spam, malware or other harmful code.
- Overload the site or do anything that stops it working for others.
- Pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
4. No guarantees
We keep the site accurate and working as best we can, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and we don't promise any particular result from anything described on it. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
5. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stratum and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that come from using the site. Our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to US$100. Some places don't allow these limits; there, they apply as far as the law allows. Work done for a client is covered by that client's own agreement, not by this section.
6. Links and other services
The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Calendly for booking calls. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they work.
7. Our content and name
The site's text, design, graphics, code, and the Stratum name and logo belong to Stratum Studio LLC. You may view and share links to the site. Please ask us before copying, republishing or selling any part of it. Other companies' names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
8. What you send us
If you send us information or files, for example when you book a call or email us, please only send what you have the right to share. We use it to reply to you and to scope any work you ask about. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. If there's ever a problem, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out directly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
